Laura Buttimore is a consultant town planner with experience in planning and resource management.

Laura has established an excellent planning foundation working on a variety of complex resource consents and plan change processes at both a territorial and regional level throughout Taranaki and Canterbury.

Laura’s experience is broad across the planning discipline having experience in resource consents, policy preparation, preparation of notice of requirements, preparation of submissions on Plan Change’s and preparation and presentation of expert evidence at both the Council level and the Environment Court.

Laura is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.

Laura’s style is pragmatic, and inclusive. She seeks quality outcomes and is an effective witness at both the Environment Court and council hearings.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors and playing a variety of sports.
